Please note!!! As of September 2004 there are still no ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines) in Cambodia that allow outside access to global electronic banking systems. You will hear rumors of such machines in Phnom Penh but they are only good for the bank they are attached to.
Banks
Most banks open from 8:00 to 3:00
or 3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Some are open Saturday mornings until
11:30AM. Cambodian Commercial Bank (CCB) and MekongBank offer after hours
kiosks at the bank. CAB at the Naga World Hotel is open 24 hours.
